Pazli

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Pazli when you use the Pazli app. By creating an account you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. What Pazli is

Pazli is a tool that helps home cooks share weekly menus and take orders from customers they know. Pazli doesn't cook, sell, deliver or check food, and doesn't take payments. Each order is an arrangement between the cook and the customer.

2. Your account

3. For cooks

4. For customers

5. Payments

Payment happens directly between customer and cook, outside the app, for example in cash or by a payment app. Pazli doesn't handle money and isn't part of any payment, refund or dispute.

6. What you post, and how to behave

You keep ownership of the photos, menus and notes you add. You let Pazli store and show them to the people in your kitchens, only so the app works.

Pazli has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, misleading or spam, or that belongs to someone else. Don't use Pazli to sell anything other than food you prepare.

You can report a kitchen or a customer, and a cook can block a customer, from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Ending

You can stop using Pazli and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if the law requires it.

8. Disclaimers

Pazli is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Pazli isn't responsible for the food cooks make, for illness or injury from it, for payments between users, or for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

9. Apps from the App Store

If you downloaded Pazli from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Pazli after that, the new terms apply.
